Background
Velocia is a Toronto-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company dedicated to reshaping urban transportation. Through its innovative mobility rewards platform, Velocia incentivizes individuals to choose sustainable transit options—such as public transit, carpooling, biking, and walking—over single-occupant vehicle use.
By rewarding eco-friendly commuting behaviors, Velocia aims to alleviate traffic congestion, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance the overall urban mobility experience.


How it works
These VELOs can be redeemed for various rewards, including transit credits, gift cards, and discounts with partner businesses. The platform integrates with a wide range of mobility services, including public transit systems, ride-sharing platforms, bike-sharing services, and more, creating a seamless and interconnected transportation ecosystem.
Product opportunity
The promotional website wasn’t working hard enough to describe and outline the benefits to key audiences, and missed the mark on who it should be targeted toward, marketing toward B2C instead of B2B.


Result
A restructuring exercise put the solutions and benefits at the forefront, reducing complex descriptions and focusing on a user-centric value proposition.
In addition, the redesigned UI leveraged brand assets to create a unique and visually impactful design.
