Identification of audience motivations and needs
Stakeholder discovery sessions identified key website user groups to develop proto-persona sheets and user journey maps. This provided insights for specific recommendations that informed the development of wireframes and the overall information architecture.


Content governance support and guidance
In addition to external users, the internal editing process was identified as a key obstacle to the website’s success. To address this, we focused on streamlining the editing process by defining clear editor roles, responsibilities, and restrictions.

Wireframing for creative storytelling with content
Working with the creative lead, I supported transition from wireframes into design by using content to create a story about the firm – content types like insights became evidence of being ‘top thought leaders’, wins were used to showcase proven success, etc.


Digital style guide and accessible design system
The UI design was mocked up across several breakpoints, with the primary form of documentation presented in a comprehensive digital style guide. This included details on general site style, components, interactive elements, card designs, and layouts.
