This Privacy Policy explains how Rhiannon Wyatt (“I,” “me,” or “my”), a sole proprietorship operating in Nova Scotia, Canada, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rhiannonwyatt.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with my freelance UX strategy and design practice.

Information I Collect

Information you provide directly. If you reach out by email or book a consultation through the Google Calendar scheduling link on this Site, I receive whatever information you choose to share – typically your name, email address, and details about your project or inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site uses tools that automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This is gathered through Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools (see below).

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and performance. I use a small number of third-party services to run this Site and my booking process. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy:

- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics – used to understand Site traffic and visitor behaviour.

- Google Calendar – used to power the consultation booking link; when you book a time, your name, email, and scheduling details are processed by Google.

- LinkedIn – the Site links to my LinkedIn profile; if you click through, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.

- Web hosting / WordPress – the Site is hosted and served through standard web infrastructure, which may log basic technical data (e.g., server logs) as part of normal operation.

I do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How I Use Information

Information collected through this Site is used to:

- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations

- Understand and improve how visitors use the Site

- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site

Data Sharing and Disclosure

I don’t share your personal information with third parties except: (1) with service providers noted above who help operate the Site or booking process, or (2) where required by law.

Data Retention

I retain personal information (such as emails or booking details) only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill a project engagement, after which it’s deleted or anonymized unless I’m required to keep it longer for legal or accounting purposes.
