Cavendish Farms Foodservice team collaborated with US Brokers in the Eastern US for a three-month contest to boost sampling, testing, and sales.
Our task was to create a 12-month incentive program for their Fine Coat™ products.
Process
The Go Big! Contest was developed through a collaborative effort between the creative, strategy, and digital departments. To streamline the management of various components, the dashboard was designed with automated population of sales data, reducing the need for manual input.
Result
Sales agents could log in to view their current status and rank, find details about the contest and prizing, and access educational resources on our products throughout the contest duration.
The goal for 2021 was to increase sales by 10% over the previous year, within the first 10 months of the 12-month Go Big contest, sales reached 230% of that goal.
