User research and discovery
Discovery workshops involve key stakeholders in order to establish goals and objectives. They encompass user task analysis and persona exercises aimed at understanding user perspectives. These workshops are often complemented by comparative research, a review of brand health, and the refinement of technical requirements.
For projects with limited budgets and time constraints, existing research is invaluable. Conducting user interviews and surveys is crucial for gaining a deep understanding of the users.

Information architecture
To achieve the goals of the website, I prioritize essential aspects such as SEO, accessibility, development constraints, and best practices for user experience. Sitemaps and wireframes leverage existing user research to establish the structure of the website.

User interface design
I specialize in crafting website designs specifically for WordPress, utilizing flexible Gutenberg styles. I collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the designs are both cost-effective and aligned with the required layout specifications.
In my design process, I prioritize a mobile-first approach. Each section and component is carefully considered to deliver an exceptional user experience, regardless of the device.

Front-end development
I’m not a developer, but I’m comfortable with troubleshooting and consider myself a determined problem-solver. The websites I’ve built have utilized WordPress Themify, allowing for extensive CSS styling customization. This ensures that there’s no need to compromise on the design.
